The seal was not like other static emblems; instead, it was a mutable sign that seemed to sway as if a breeze was breathing life into a vibrant painting. These commands were intricate, containing orders for dismissals, replacements, and even assassinations of many individuals. Atossa recognized some of them. They were ministers and influential people whose roles had been erased by the commands of the person who penned these letters. Atossa wondered to herself, does this mean my mother serves someone? But who? For what purpose? Who writes these commands? Whose seal is this?

Atossa was terrified by the realization that apparently the dismissal and appointment of ministers, ambassadors, and the lives of many people, and even the planning for the character and psyche of the next ruler and their upbringing were at the behest of the person writing these letters. Atossa's mind was a chaotic whirlwind of unanswered questions until she suddenly spotted an order on the shelf labelled "The Reign of Pier Pre-Heir Determination" that made her blood run cold. Her hands trembled, and tears involuntarily spilled from her eyes. The letter commanded Mihrimah to eliminate the Minister of Magical Sciences in the South. The letter read:

"I, the head of the Matsu Association, due to the unwarranted interferences of the Maralna Minister of Magical Sciences, Signor Mario, in sensitive matters, deem it necessary for him to be eliminated as soon as possible. However, this must be done with caution to prevent any resentment between you and your daughter. The stability of your family is important. With respect to the Lady of Ladies, Mihrimah, on behalf of the head of the Matsu Association.
